- Once started you can log back in to check on your status
- You need to create an account to start your application
- An application does not subsitute a tenancy
- All applications are made subject to contract
Terms and Conditions
By submitting your application this does not guarantee a reservation against your chosen property – once you have submitted your application we will contact you to run through the details and take payment of your holding deposit.
Once the holding deposit has been paid the property is then reserved and the referencing process will commence. Please do not arrange any removals until we have confirmed a move in date with you.
Upon applying for a property with us your data will be shared with Let Alliance our preferred tenant referencing agency and an appropriate Identity Verification Technology Company to verify your identity. We use your data in line with our Privacy Policy which can be viewed on our website. By completing your application you are agreeing for your data to be shared.
